Privacy & cookies

SwiftFix Plumbing is run by Patrick Brown, who is responsible for the information you give on this website. Contact [email protected] about anything on this page.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the quote steps or contact form: the job, your postcode, preferred visit time, budget, name, phone number, email (if given), notes and any photo you upload.
• Which page and advert brought you here (for example, utm and fbclid tags in the link).
• If you accept cookies: information the Meta Pixel collects about your visit.

Why we use it

• To arrange your quote visit and do the job, and to contact you about it.
• To see which adverts work, so we spend less on advertising. This only happens if you accept cookies.

Who we share it with

• Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Meta Platforms, only if you accept cookies. We send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number and email to measure our ads.
• We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't become jobs for up to 12 months, and job records for as long as we need them for tax and to support any guarantee.

Cookies

We only set advertising cookies if you press Accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site. This site also uses browser storage that keeps your quote answers if the page reloads. It's deleted when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
